We are building by the sea in Niechorze - Rewal municipality 

In the West Pomeranian region, with a population of more than 1.7 million, which accounts for 7.3 % of Poland's area. More than 4.5 million people visit the region every year, of which more than 0.5 million are our EU neighbors. To visitors, nearly 11 million overnight stays were provided*.

We are building in the smallest rural municipality, located in the northern part of the province on the Baltic Sea itself. The municipality includes Pogorzelica, Niechorze, Trzęsacz, Pustkowo, Pobierowo, Śliwin, Rewal, of which as many as six towns are resorts.

We are building cosy apartment buildings because of the unique character of the small fishing village, proudly bearing the name of a holiday resort. There are such places in our country, where entering, we sense a certain unique atmosphere. As if we have moved back in time. We experience in this place: idyllicity, tranquility, ubiquitous carefreeness as if for a moment we became children again and just started our vacations with our closest people, friends, grandmother or grandfather. 

Niechorze has a population of several hundred residents are local entrepreneurs, fishermen, farmers. The area is surrounded by wild nature, in spring the local fields are full of rapeseed and grain, forests where you can safely walk or ride a bike. However, the undisputed jewel in the crown of Niechorze, are the most beautiful beaches in Poland.

Along the wooded shoreline stretch the hiking and biking trails, ideal for active leisure in a natural setting. Amber Avenue, the main artery of the village, leads directly to the heart of this seaside oasis. From it diverge picturesque streets, which every few dozen meters lead to the charming descents to the beach, encouraging relaxation on the seashore.

During the season Niechorze is bustling with activity - pensions, hotels and apartments are popular with tourists who come here to enjoy the seaside climate. W atmospheric restaurants, cafes and bistros You can taste local specialties, and four-legged lovers will find numerous places to walk along the long, sandy beaches, which are the ideal place for shared moments with your pet.

It is impossible to get bored in Niechorze. You will find here numerous attractions for children and adults, seniors, families, couples, and organized groups. The seaside along Niechorze is a unique wide sandy beach, with guarded bathing beaches. You also can not pass indifferently to the high cliff, on which proudly stands the most distinctive in Poland vintage 45-meter lighthouse, built in 1866 and now open to the public. It is the second largest lighthouse on the Baltic Sea. Several tens of meters above the ground from the observation deck you can admire the beautiful panorama of the coast of Rheval.

In his spare time, in addition to climbing 210 stairs lighthouse sea, you can also visit the local fishing harbor. The marina includes two piers of 53 meters and 62 meters in length. The local fishermen have distinctive boats with a sign on the side "NO" . It does not take a guess , that the local gastronomic base is based on freshly caught fish . Few people know that you can buy fish directly from the cutter, are tasty and ideal, for example, for a barbecue. Another interesting point is  Fisheries Museum, which on the initiative of local people spreads knowledge of local fishing culture. It is located on Marchlewskiego Street you can find permanent exhibitions of maritime collections among them fishing gear, boats, fish specimens , photographs and documents. Here you will learn about the nature of the Baltic Sea, you will take a walk in the amber forest , you will learn about navigational instruments. The museum is run by a number of non-governmental organizations , bringing together people who are culturally active, passionate about history, thanks to which this year has already been held The 18th edition of the Baltic Herring Festival. Numerous concerts , tales of the sea wolves , tastings and another culinary competition drawing lovers from Poland and beyond for the best herring and fish dishes.
