We are building cosy apartment buildings because of the unique character of the small fishing village, proudly bearing the name of a holiday resort. There are such places in our country, where entering, we sense a certain unique atmosphere. As if we have moved back in time. We experience in this place: idyllicity, tranquility, ubiquitous carefreeness as if for a moment we became children again and just started our vacations with our closest people, friends, grandmother or grandfather.
Niechorze has a population of several hundred residents are local entrepreneurs, fishermen, farmers. The area is surrounded by wild nature, in spring the local fields are full of rapeseed and grain, forests where you can safely walk or ride a bike. However, the undisputed jewel in the crown of Niechorze, are the most beautiful beaches in Poland.
First of all, the beaches here are characterized by plenty of space, being as wide as 80 meters at their widest points. The real prize for tourist holiday treasure hunters is the The tranquility of the beaches stretching for miles, a non-imposing infrastructure, fine sand, a safe swimming area for older and youngest swimmers under the supervision of lifeguards. The standard of cleanliness and safety is guaranteed Blue Flag Certificate. Practically along the entire length of the beaches we have stretches of pine, oak, beech forests with beautiful vegetation. Every day we will encounter seagulls, terns especially the former are among the biggest troublemakers, in summer they look into baskets and like to generate a local mess. An important place for bird life is Lake Liwia Luza.

Niechorze - A Place Full of Nature and Coastal Charms
Niechorze is not only a picturesque seaside town, but also a an important refuge for many species of waterfowl, including the region's valuable mute swans. For more than 70 years, the natural breeding habitat of these majestic birds has been protected here as part of a faunal reserve, which is a unique point on the natural map of Poland.
Along the wooded shoreline stretch the hiking and biking trails, ideal for active leisure in a natural setting. Amber Avenue, the main artery of the village, leads directly to the heart of this seaside oasis. From it diverge picturesque streets, which every few dozen meters lead to the charming descents to the beach, encouraging relaxation on the seashore.
During the season Niechorze is bustling with activity - pensions, hotels and apartments are popular with tourists who come here to enjoy the seaside climate. W atmospheric restaurants, cafes and bistros You can taste local specialties, and four-legged lovers will find numerous places to walk along the long, sandy beaches, which are the ideal place for shared moments with your pet.
Low season, in early autumn, when the wind carries the smell of the sea, and storms are reminded of the power of nature, Niechorze becomes a place of reflection and tranquility. The seaside space at this time of year draws you into its wild charm, and the iodine, with which the coastal air is filled, acts as a natural health therapy.
