Terms of service 

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS 

These "General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Internet thematic service www.pmd2.pl by users (hereinafter: "General Terms and Conditions") define the rules for free use of the service www.pmd2.pl ", in which PM Development Patryk Cruz, posts information on the topics of real estate, construction of apartments , apartments for sale, architecture and promotion of regions where investments are carried out. 

II. DEFINITIONS The wording used in the General Terms and Conditions means: 

- PM Development Patryk Cruz Company based in Nowa Sol at Wesola 19 a/4 Street, postal code 67-100, being the creator of the www.pmd2.pl website, is the owner of the rights to it, entitled to dispose of its resources. 

- Service - thematic service www.pmd2.pl , is dedicated to the topics of real estate, construction of apartments, apartments for sale, architecture and promotion of regions where investments are carried out. 

- Service resources - made available within the service, on the terms and to the extent specified in these General Terms and Conditions, materials including, in particular, information, sales announcements, articles and contact forms of the service Users. The resources of the service consist of the information service. Information service - the resources of the service to which each User has the opportunity to access without the need for a registration procedure. 

- User - A person using the resources of the website to the extent provided in these Regulations. 

- RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of April 27, 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L No. 119, p. 1) 

III. DEFINING THE RULES OF USER ACCESS TO THE RESOURCES OF THE SERVICE  TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 

(1) Access to the part of the site's resources referred to as the information service is not subject to any formalities by the User, in particular, this access does not require the User to register in the service's system.

2. www.pmd2.pl recommends using the following browsers to use the website, e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge (in the latest versions). Users' computer systems should have cookies enabled and Javascript enabled. 

IV. RESPONSIBILITIES of PM Development Patrick Cruz.

V. USER OBLIGATIONS

VI. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES 

1. PM Development Patrick Cruz declares that the materials and information comprising the resources of the site are collected and edited with due diligence. The information presented does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. (3) Provision of data by the User is voluntary, however, failure to do so will prevent PM Development Patryk Cruz from providing the above services. In addition, the User has the right to access the content of their data and the right to correct them. 

(4) The user shall have the right to inspect his/her data, supplement, update, rectify, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete them. (5) In order to exercise their rights, the User should send a message to the following address: biuro@pmd2.pl (6) The User, by checking the appropriate box in the offer form, may refuse or consent to receive commercial information by e-mail, in accordance with the Act of 26.08.2002 on the provision of electronic services. In the event that the User has consented to receive commercial information by electronic means, he/she has the right at any time to demand from the data controller to withdraw the consent. Exercising the right to demand withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information is realized by sending an appropriate request by e-mail to the personal data administrator, to the following address: biuro@pmd2.pl , together with the User's name.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT 

(1) These Regulations act as general terms and conditions of contracts within the meaning of the Civil Code. 

(2) In the event of changes to the Rules of Procedure, they will be communicated to users by posting them on the website.
