DATA PROTECTION CHARTER
This Charter constitutes a set of basic information regarding the principles of PM Development's processing of personal data provided in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter also referred to as "RODO".

Your personal data will be processed under the following circumstances based on the following legal bases and purposes: 1. based on the consent of the data subject:
a) for marketing purposes (including profiling for these purposes) - based on the consent of the data subject; 2. In connection with the performance of the contract:
a) for the purpose of taking steps at your request to enter into a contract and for the purpose of performing the conclusion of a contract with you - due to the fact that the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of this contract (e.g., in connection with the need to send correspondence to you),
(3) In connection with the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on PM Development Group
a) due to the need to apply financial security measures arising from the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Act (hereinafter also referred to as the "AML Act"), requiring the obliged institution , to identify the customer (and the person acting on behalf of the customer) and verify his identity, including the authority to obtain copies of identity documents,
(b) in order for PM Development Group to comply with its legal obligations to retain documents for periods of time as required by law,
(4) In connection with the legitimate interests of PM Development
a) for direct marketing of PM Development's own products and services (including profiling for these purposes), b) for PM Development's internal administrative purposes including statistical purposes,
c) in the situation of non-performance of the contract - on the basis of the provisions of the Civil Code Act in order to assert claims, d) in order to consider your potential complaints and to assert or defend the company's rights before the court - on the basis of the Data Controller's legitimate interests, consisting, respectively, in the need to respond to allegations and to defend against potential claims against the PM Development Group or for the use of data to formulate its own claims by PM Development,
e) for analytical purposes and customer satisfaction surveys - which are the realization of PM Development's legitimate interests consisting in the improvement of products and services offered by PM Development in terms of customer demand. DATA RECIPIENTS
Your data may be shared with entities authorized by law (in connection with the group procedure for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, specifying the rules for the exchange of information for this purpose between the various entities of the group, in accordance with the AML Act). In addition, if you give separate consent to do so, based on this consent, your data may also be shared with PM Developmentwcel marketing affiliates. Your data may also be shared with PM Development's business partners, with whom PM Development cooperates in order to fulfill the provisions of the agreement concluded with you, or with other subcontractors, such as entities providing IT services or performing finishing works for PM Development.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your data will be stored until the expiration of the time limits imposed by the law (e.g. in connection with the statutory need to store copies of documents and information obtained as a result of the application of financial security measures for a period of 5 years counting from the first day of the year following the year in which business relations with the customer were terminated or in which occasional transactions were carried out) or regulations specifying the need to store accounting and tax or other records .
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
As the case may be, you have the right to access your data, obtain a copy of your data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of data processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the basis of the processing is the legitimate interests of PM Development (e.g. direct marketing of products and services - including profiling for these purposes), In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal - as long as the processing is based solely on your consent. Whenever a specific request is submitted to PM Development, PM Development will consider it and respond to its content.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEED FOR DATA
Provision of your personal data is voluntary, which means that it is not a statutory obligation; however, it remains necessary for the possibility of PM Development Group to present you with a product offer or to conclude a contract.
